Abstract: To establish a method for the determination of five yellow disperse dyestuffs, such as Disperse Yellow 1,Disperse Yellow 3,Disperse Yellow 9,Disperse Yellow 39 and Disperse Yellow 49 in ecological textile by ultra-fast liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry (UFLC-MS/MS).After the sample is extracted by methanol, the extract is separated on an ultra-fast liquid chromatography column by gradient elution with water and acetonitrile.Detection was carried out by UFLC-MS/MS using electrospray ionization interface in the multi-reaction monitoring (MRM) mode.Calibration curves were linear within the range of 1.0~100.0 μg/kg with the correlation coefficients of more than 0.999,and the limits of quantification (LOQs)were between 0.5~1.0 μg/kg.The extraction recoveries of the five disperse dyestuffs are at 84.5%~106.2%, and the RSDs were between 1.2%~6.4%.The developed method is quick, simple, sensitive and specificity for the satisfactory determination of disperse dyestuffs in ecological textile.

Key words: UFJC-MS/MS, ecological textile, disperse dyestuff, linear dependence
