Analysis of nano-particle size in fibroin membrane modified by nano TiO2

Abstract: In order to further improve the structure of silk fibroin films, sol-gel synthesis of TiO2 nanoparticles in different proportions of modified silk fibroin composite membrane. Measured by means of sol-gel-silk fibroin solution directly generated by Nano-particle size at around 76 nm, AFM、he effective mass approximation model estimation of nano-modification of regenerated silk fibroin membranes in the Nano-particle size of about 80 nm.; This study shows that using sol-gel preparation of regenerated silk fibroin membrane method possible, film-forming nano-particles did not occur before and after reunification, are at the nano level.
