Abstract: The paper mainly discussed the preparation of conductive polypyrrole polyester fabric which was treated with NaOH solution and prepared by in-situ polymerization. Scanning electron microscope、FTIR spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis were used to analyze surface morphology, structure, and element content of the atomic number fraction, and to investigate the existence of polypyrrole. The paper also analyzed the influence of alkali treatment and the concentration of the dopant and oxidant solution on the conductive property. The results showed that,conductive polypyrrole polyester fabric with good conductivity can be prepared when the fabric was treated with the NaOH solution under controlled reaction conditions where the dopant solution and mole ratio of FeCl3 to pyrrole are different. Moreover, the prepared conductive fabric had good stable wear-resistance and washability.
