Comprehensive evaluation of heat-moisture comfort of Physcool seamless underwear fabrics

Abstract: In order to study heat-moisture comfort of the Physcool seamless underwear fabrics, this paper considered comprehensively materials and stitches the two factors, and designed 16 samples which included eight samples with Physcool,and the rest for conventional fabrics as contrast. The moisture permeability,liquid water transmission, water absorption, evaporation,warm-retention property were tested. Based on the experimental data,comprehensive evaluations on heat-moisture comfort of the samples were conducted by using the fuzzy comprehensive method. The results showed that the fabrics with Physcool have more excellent performance of heat dispersion, moisture permeability, liquid water transmission,evaporation, especially when the Physcool is used as the ground yarn.It's suited for summer seamless underwear fabrics.
