Abstract: In order to further improve the performance of PPS non-woven filtration material and apply them in high temperature and corrosive environment well, this paper has developed nano-SiO2/PTFE composite emulsion and applied it in the finishing of needled PPS non-woven filter material,then its wear resistance,filtration efficiency and pore size distribution were measured.The results showed that the nano-SiO2/PTFE composite emulsion could further improve its wear resistance,filtration efficiency and so on. The optimum heat treatment process is as follows: heat treatment temperature is 250℃.heat treatment time length is 150s. Key words PPS nano-SiO2 chemical finishing wear resistance
