Analysis of shogging motion of guide bars on warp knitting machines

Abstract: According to the problem that the control system will operate failure because of the scratch between needles and yarn, when knitting machine running at a high speed and the guide bar shows extra mechanical vibration,this paper propose the method to analyze the dynamic character of guide bar with using modal analysis technology. Based on the building acoustic vibration test platform, analyzing the key kinetic parameters: damping ration, natural frequencies, natural vibration mode, amplitude and frequency response characteristics, the paper puts forward the effective measures of anti-vibration for warp knitting guide bar, and the contrast test results show that the measures are valid, and the vibration analysis method is feasible.
