Abstract: Nano silver has very good antimicrobial property and is used much in medical textiles. Due to the finishing method, it develops slowly in daily textile and fashion consumption. In this paper, the raw rayon fibers were treated with nano silver. The rayon color mélange fabrics were prepared by combining the antimicrobial rayon fiber and raw rayon fiber at the ration of 1:1. After the tests of SEM, anti-bacteria and soap washing, the results showed that nano silver solution used in this paper had strong adsorption ability on rayon fibers and the rayon fiber could be loaded with nano silver and dyed in yellow simultaneously, which shortened the production course of antimicrobial color mélange yarns. The rayon color mélange fabrics containing 50% load-silver rayon had quite good antimicrobial and washable properties.
