摘要: 研究溶胶凝胶法活性炭毡负载纳米二氧化钛改性工艺及净化甲醛的试验方法。通过正交试验考察浸涂次数、热处理温度、浸涂时间、升温速率等工艺参数对甲醛去除效果的影响。极差分析结果表明:浸涂次数影响最大,热处理温度次之,而浸涂时间和升温速率影响较小。结果表明:采用2次浸涂,处理温度400~450℃,浸涂时间10 min,升温速率3℃/min时,净化效果最好,吸附转化量可达96.33μg/g。

Abstract: The modified process of activated carbon felt,which is coated with nano-TiO2by sol-gel technique,and the experimental method of removing formaldehyde using the felt are studied.The influences of factors,such as dip-coating times,thermal treatment temperature,dip-coating time and heating rate etc.,on removing effect of formaldehyde are evaluated using orthogonal experimental method.The results show that dip-coating times is the biggest influence factor,followed by thermal treatment temperature.However,dip-coating time and the heating rate have little influence.The best removing result is obtained on following conditions : dip-coating times twice,thermal treatment temperature within 400-450℃,dip-coating time 10 min and the heating rate 3℃/min,the adsorption-conversion amount is 96.33μg/g.
