Simultaneous determination of seven allergenous disperse dyestuffs in polyester sewing thread by high-performance liquid chromatography-ultraviolet detection

摘要: 建立高效液相色谱紫外检测的分析方法,同时测定涤纶缝纫线中分散黄1、分散黄3、分散黄9、分散黄49、分散红1、分散红11和分散红17等7种致敏性分散染料。样品经甲醇超声提取后,采用C18色谱柱,以乙腈(内含0.1%甲酸)和0.02mol/L乙酸铵(内含0.1%甲酸)为流动相,梯度洗脱分离,在360 nm、440 nm 和480 nm波长下进行检测。7种分散染料的加标回收率在90.0%~101.0%范围, 其相对标准偏差在1.0%~5.4%范围,待测化合物在1.0 mg/L~50.0 mg/L 范围均具有良好的线性,回归系数均大于0.999,检出限(LOD)在0.2 mg/kg~1.0 mg/kg范围。本方法简便、灵敏、重现性好,能满足涤纶缝纫线中分散染料的监测要求。

Abstract: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of seven allergenous disperse dyestuffs, such as Disperse Yellow 1,Disperse Yellow 3, Disperse Yellow 9, Disperse Yellow 49, Disperse Red 1, Disperse Red 11, Disperse Red 17 in polyester sewing thread by high-performance liquid chromatography with ultraviolet detection. After the object analytes were extracted by methanol, the sample was separated on a C18 column by a gradient elution with acetonitrile- formic acid (0.1%)- ammonium acetate (0.02 mol/L) as the mobile phase. Detection was carried out by ultraviolet detector at 360 nm,440 nm and 480 nm. The extraction recoveries were between 90.0%~101.0%, and the RSDs were between 1.0%~ 5.4%. Calibration curves of the seven disperse dyestuffs were linear within the range of 1.0 mg/L ~50.0 mg/L with correlation coefficients of more than 0.999. The limits of detection (LOD) were between 0.2 mg/kg~1.0 mg/kg. This established method is simple, sensitive, accurate and good specificity for monitoring of the seven allergenous disperse dyestuffs in polyester sewing thread.
