摘要:
为改善淀粉浆料的上浆性能、开发高性能新型接枝淀粉浆料,先对淀粉实施醚化变性,制备二溴丙基淀粉(DES),再以醋酸乙烯酯(VAc)为聚合功能单体,采用电子转移活化再生催化剂原子转移自由基聚合技术,制备不同接枝率的淀粉接枝两嵌段聚醋酸乙烯酯[DES-g-(PVAc)2]浆料。利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、X射线衍射仪分别表征浆料颗粒与浆膜结构,系统探究接枝率对样品的浆膜力学性能、水接触角、黏附性、表面张力、黏度及其热稳定性及生物可降解性的影响。研究结果表明,红外光谱证实DES-g-(PVAc)2浆料成功制备;相较于酸解淀粉(ATS),所制备浆料的浆膜结晶度明显下降;引入PVAc-b-PVAc支链结构,可明显提升淀粉浆料的黏度热稳定性、对涤纶的黏附力及浆膜断裂伸长率,同时降低浆料表面张力与浆膜断裂强度,增大浆膜水接触角;随接枝率增大,黏附力、断裂伸长率及水接触角增大,表面张力与断裂强度减小;接枝率与浆料生物可降解性呈负相关,高接枝率可削弱浆料的生物降解性能,当接枝率为12.5%时浆料的五日生化需氧量(BOD5)/化学需氧量(COD)值仍高于0.3,保持其可生物降解特性。
