摘要: 为积极响应国家“双碳”计划的号召,改善绿色纤维在空气过滤方面的应用,以玉米醇溶蛋白(zein)和乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物(EVOH)为原料,分别采用单针双组分和双针双组分静电纺丝方法,制备EVOH/zein复合过滤器,研究了2种不同静电纺丝方法制备的纤维的形貌,并对其过滤性能、力学性能进行对比分析。结果表明:采用双针双组分静电纺丝制备的EVOH/zein复合过滤器,在性能上表现更为优异;当zein质量分数为20%时,EVOH/zein复合过滤器的空气过滤效率为94.5%;经过40次循环测试,对氯化钠气溶胶颗粒过滤效率从92.45%增加到98.19%;对直径为0.5~3.0 μm颗粒物的过滤效率均达到约100%;EVOH/zein复合过滤器的断裂强力为72.87 cN,是zein过滤器的7倍。
