摘要: 为解决涤纶/棉混纺织物着色过程中,染料印染工艺流程长、污染大、颜料印花牢度低等问题,采用乳液聚合法将苯乙烯和丙烯酸丁酯聚合在染料表面,制备新型(红、黄、蓝)彩色乳胶粒着色剂,并通过丝网印花技术将彩色乳胶粒整理到织物上,制备了无黏合剂、高印花牢度的彩色涤纶/棉印花织物。探究了乳化剂组成、软硬单体比、焙烘温度对乳胶粒的制备及其印花性能的影响;研究了彩色乳胶粒的微观形貌、热性能、粒径及粒径分布、稳定性及其印花性能。结果表明:当OP-10乳化剂占乳化剂总量的5/8、R-4006乳化剂占乳化剂总量的2/8、R-4001乳化剂占乳化剂总量1/8、软硬单体比为1∶1时,制备的彩色乳胶粒性能最佳;此时,乳胶粒的平均粒径在200 nm以内、多分散指数在0.1以下,离心稳定性与耐热稳定性均在95%以上;在不需要添加黏合剂的情况下,乳胶粒印花涤纶/棉混纺织物的耐皂洗色牢度可达3~4级,耐干湿摩擦色牢度可达3~4级;乳胶粒印花涤纶织物的耐皂洗色牢度可达4级,耐干湿摩擦色牢度可达3~4级。
