摘要:
为揭示三纬组合全显结构的组织配置影响提花织物显色的内在规律,通过系统分析3组显色纬不同比例组合的织物效果,明确三纬并置混色特征与显色纬比例的关系,获得三纬组合全显结构的混色规律。方法是采用组织起始点分别为1/8/14的16枚3飞纬面缎纹为基本组织,设计和织制红、黄、蓝3组显色纬比例组合的实验色卡,探究显色纬比例与混色特征的内在联系。结果表明,3组显色纬比例变化影响三纬组合全显结构提花织物的并置混色。在三纬并置混色的显色色域中有七元色相,当三纬各色浮长相差大时,织物显色由优势浮长主导;当三纬各色纬纬浮长接近时,主色为棕色非理论黑色。本研究结果为三纬组合全显提花织物的结构设计和精准显色提供了理论参考。
