医用倒刺缝合线的研究进展

摘要:

为深入研究倒刺缝合线并促进其高品质产品的开发,对目前国内外倒刺缝合线的研究现状进行综述。首先回顾了倒刺缝合线的发展历程,并提出了其在临床医学实践中的性能要求;其次,详细分析了倒刺缝合线的材料、倒刺的几何形状和排列方式、止挡元件的结构及其与使用效果的相关性;此外,介绍了4种倒刺缝合线的制备方法,包括机械切割、激光切割、模具注塑和外加倒刺并固定;最后,概述了倒刺缝合线在整形美容及骨科、泌尿科、消化科、妇产科等其他外科手术中的应用和临床研究结果。研究表明,倒刺缝合线性能优良但仍存在相关临床并发症,指出了倒刺缝合线在材料、制备工艺、性能提高方面的发展方向以期在未来提供更好的产品。

Abstract:

In order to further study the barbed suture and promote the development of better products, the research status of barbed sutures at home and abroad was reviewed. This paper traces the development history of the barbed sutures and summarises the performance requirements in clinicians' practice based on the art-of-the-state. Detailed analyses were carried out on the materials used for the barbed sutures, the geometry and arrangement of the barb, the structure of the blocked element, and related new research progress for the sutures. Four types of preparation methods for the barbed sutures are reviewed, including mechanical cutting, laser cutting, mold injection, and external fixed barbs. The application and clinical results of the barbed sutures in plastic surgery, orthopedics, urology, gastroenterology, obstetrics-gynecology and other surgical operations are summarized. Clinical complications of barbed sutures with excellent properties are also examined, the development directions of the barbed sutures in materials, preparation and properties are pointed out for future work.
