      Dispersibility of nano-ATO in EG for preparing antistatic PET

      EG was used as dispersion medium,the effects of dispersion methods,dispersion time,kinds and concentrations of dispersants,pH of the suspension and ball-milling time on the dispersibility of nano-ATO in EG for preparing antistatic PET were studied.TEM and absorbency of the suspension were used to characterize the dispersibility under different process conditions.The results show: when ball-milling is adopted as dispersing method and KH570 is used as dispersant,the time of ball-milling is 36 h,concentration of the dispersant is 1.5% and pH of the suspension is 8.5,the addition of nano-ATO in EG produces best dispersion results,which provides a precondition for preparing antistatic nanocomposites with good dispersion.

      PET was modified by adding WSPET.Rheological properties in extensional flow of PET,WSPET and their blend were researched by capillary rheometer.FT-IR and XRD were used to examine the structure of the polyblend fiber.The experimental results demonstrated that rheological property of all the samples researched appears tension-thinning behavior.With the increase of extensional stress,apparent extensional viscosity decreases.Extensional stress increases and apparent extensional viscosity falls as extension strain rate increases.IR and XRD studies showed that when WSPET is added,the structure of PET will not change obviously, while the crystal behavior of the polyblend will decrease.

      Edge detection is a basic content of digital image processing,and is the base of image segmentation,feature extraction and image understanding.The fiber characteristic parameters are the principal indexes of showing cross-sectional shape of profiled fiber.The characteristic parameters of profiled fibers can be acquired by computer digital image processing system and the type of profiled fibers will be distinguished.So the performances of several typical edge detection algorithms in pentagonal shape of profiled fiber are discussed.Meanwhile,the advantages and disadvantages of these algorithms are demonstrated in the experiments and some conclusions are drawn.This study will provide some basis for the image processing of automatic detection system for profiled fiber cross-section,which is being developed.

      This paper studied the process of decolorization,removing impurities and high efficient recycling NMMO in the coagulation bath of Lyocell.The results showed that after flocculation,ion exchanging and oxidation,the undissolved impurities and the soluble impurities harmful for redissolving and producing Lyocell fiber,especially the colored impurities and morpholine and metal ions like iron and copper in the coagulation bath could be removed effectively,and purified and recovered NMMO solution was colorless and transparent with no smell,very low electrical conductivity and oxidative recovery rate of NMM up to 96%.After vaporization and concentration,the recovered NMMO solution was redissolved,diluted,then used for washing the silk,and regenerated silk has good quality.

      To increase the splicing strength of knotless yarn,reduce its surface hairiness and improve the winding forming of the bobbin,a further analysis is made of the bobbin technology and technique to provide an effective way of improving the knotless yarn quality.The analysis has shown that reasonably choosing types and installation site of splicer,adopting new bobbin technique including using devices of reducing hairiness and intelligent winding bobbin,rationally determining the speed of cone winder and the technical parameters of bobbin tension can increase the strength of knotless yarn,decrease the unevenness of its strength,reduce the surface hairiness,assure the good forming of bobbin and adapt to high speed unwinding,thus improving the weavability of the knotless yarn.

      In order to achieve detection and evaluation more ideally and objectively, data was used to check the analyzer system′s error of fabric structural parameters(FaCFAS) designed by ourselves.Comparing with hand-counting by experiment,the standardized method which can fulfill the requirement in errors of detection was determined,that is,for every sample,fourteen images were taken at different positions,and the average value was used as the final result.In the end,for the results obtained by the two testing methods,analysis of stability and variance was conducted using pilot samples.It indicates that the system is reliable and advantageous in automatic detecting yarn densities of the woven fabric and can be used as a new practical measuring means.

      Wrinkle recovery angle is the most important evaluating indicator of fabric′s anti-wrinkle performance.But many problems such as heavy workload,low measurement accuracy and unstable measurement data are associated with the wrinkle recovery angle measurement.In this paper,the physical and mechanical parameters such as bending rigidity,bending hysteresis moment,tension work and thickness of fabric are measured with KES-F instruments,and the wrinkle recovery angle is measured with SDL-M003A according to the standard AATCC 66—2003.On this basis,linear regression equation with physical and mechanical parameters and wrinkle recovery angle is established.The checking results between actual measuring value and calculating value show that the absolute error is smaller than 3° and the relatively error is less than 5%,which indicate the regression equation has better application value.

      The method is applied that the superficial structure of lotus is imitated,on the one hand,it imitates the nipple rise of the micron structure of lotus,and on the other hand,it imitates the nanometer structure of lotus.The polyester superfine sea-island fiber with the linear density 160 dtex/48 f is selected to imitate the diameter of nipple rise;the crepe weave and the high-shrinkage polyester filament are used in the fabric to imitate the rise height of nipple.The nanometer structure of lotus is imitated with nanometer titanium dioxide.It is determined that the compound dispersing agent consist of the lauryl sodium and polyacrylic ammonium;when the proportion of lauryl sodium and polyacrylic ammonium is 1∶1 and the supersonic time is 10 min,the dispersion effect is quite ideal.Finally,the properties of the fabric with lotus-like surface are tested.The results show that the developed fabric has satisfying super hydrophobicity,basic moisture permeability and air permeability,better drape and wrinkle resistance,but luster isn′t very good.

      For better displaying bamboo fibrils′ UV protection factor(UPF) in worsted fabrics,this paper aims at new products development and tries to prove that the more the bamboo fiber content,the higher the UV reflectivity of the fabric,and the better the UPF through comparing the UPF of several bamboo/wool worsted fabrics with different contents of bamboo fiber;UV absorption is higher to the worsted fabric with 50% bamboo fibers,especially for UVC absorption,UPF of this fabric is increased.UV transmittance of fabrics mainly depends on its UV absorption rate,UVA,UVB transmittance is least for fabric with 20%,and fabric with 50% bamboo fiber screens UVC most.This has provided a basis for the application of bamboo fiber in worsted fabrics.

      Microstructure of thermal protective fabrics was investigated based on fractal theory.It was found that the fractal dimension and volume fraction of fiber material are two important parameters affecting heat conduction.A fractal model for effective thermal conductivity of thermal protective fabrics at high temperature was developed according to the equivalent heat resistances,and an expressive formula of effective thermal conductivity of the thermal protective fabric based on fractal theory is derived.The results predicted with the model are in good agreement with experimental data.It also reveals the important effect of thermal radiation on heat transfer in fabric.

      The near-infrared(NIR) spectrums of pure cotton mixed with polyester, acrylic and silk fibers were measured in virtue of diffuse reflection technology with improved diffuse reflection sample carring accessory.Three prediction models were made respectively for three mixed samples with same commensurate cotton but different contents,and there were 7 samples for each prediction set which was used to verify prediction models.The results have proved that when the sample background of the calibration set was consistent with the prediction set,the predictive precision will be raised.Accordingly,the sample background was strongly influential to the model,and that could be eliminated by using correlation analysis.The root mean square error of prediction(RMSEP) was reduced from 4.267 7 to 2.896 5,and the prediction correlation coefficient was improved from 0.948 8 to 0.977 5,that proves the correlation analysis could enhance the prediction precision.

      Targeting at the design of the jointing of 3-D braided composites,a strength proof and parameter design formula were established and internal force response of the joint part was drawn based on studies of manufacture process.Tensile tests were conducted on 3-D stitching joint braided composites with different overlap lengths and stitching densities.The results showed that there are 3 patterns of fracture,namely,broken at one or two ends of the overlap area;delaminated in the stitching part;broken as well as delaminated in the stitching section.Analysis of destroying mechanisms indicated that the fracture mode is determined by stitching parameters,also related to the internal force distribution and stress concentration.The joint modes can be designed flexibly for actual loading conditions.

      Nanostructured silver films of different thicknesses were deposited on the surface of PLA nonwovens by magnetron sputter coating,and the effect of film thickness on antibacterial properties of the prepared samples was studied.Shake flask test was used to assess the antibacterial properties of all samples.Atomic force microscope(AFM) was employed to observe the surface morphology of nanostructured silver films and the grain size of silver particles was analyzed.EDX was used to analyze the surface elemental distribution.The results showed that the antibacterial properties were improved as the film thickness increased.AFM images revealed that as the sputtering time was prolonged,the film thickness increased,the film became compacter,and the specific area of the film also increased,thus,the release rate of silver ions increased,which led to improved antibacterial properties.EDX test results indicated that increase in film thickness led to increase in silver weight percentage per unit surface,causing improved antibacterial properties.Moreover,when the film thickness was 1 nm,the inhibition percentage of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli were 100%.

      To satisfy the requirements on thermal stability and adhesion in textile sizing,a new polyacrylic acid was prepared by emulsion polymerization using acrylic acid,acrylamide,methyl methacrylate,ethyl acrylate and butyl acrylate as monomer,12-alkyl sodium sulfate(SDS) and OP-10 as complex emulsifier and ammonium persulfate(APS) as initiator.Effects of dosage of the initiator and emulsifier,reaction temperature,time and stirring velocity on viscosity and adhesion of the size were discussed.The results indicate that the best process conditions of preparation are dosage of the initiator and emulsifier of 3% and 0.9% respectively,at 80 ℃ for 3 h,and stirring velocity of 140 r/min.

      In order to improve the serviceability of modified starch in sizing wool warp yarns,a series of starch carbamate with different degree of substitution were prepared.The influences of temperature variation on the size liquid behaviors of starch carbamate,adhesion and sizing properties for wool warp yarns were studied.The result shows that starch carbamate can keep certain viscosity stability when the temperature of the size liquid is as low as 60 ℃,which can provide the possibility of low temperature sizing.The adhesion of starch carbamate for wool fiber increases with the increase of the degree of substitution of starch modification.The modification is favorable to the improvement of sizing properties of starch size liquid under lower temperature.

      For enhancing the effect of liquid ammonia and sodium hydroxide swelling treatment of linen fabric,infrared spectra,crystalline structure,moisture regain,dyeing properties and mechanical properties of linen fabrics treated by different swelling processes were measured.It is found that no significant changes exhibit in the chemical structure of the linen fibers treated by different swelling processes.However,crystallinity was decreased not only by the NaOH treatment but also by the NH_3 treatment,especially by the latter.Moisture regain and equilibrium dyeing rate of the fabric treated by NaOH/NH_3 were increased 19.08% and 12.61% respectively.NaOH/NH_3 treated linen fabric has better cantilever bending stiffness,crease recovery,tensile strength and other mechanical properties than the mercerized linen fabric.

      In order to achieve good fluorescent effect and wider chromatogram for dyed fluorescent acrylic yarn,trichromatic cationic dyes such as Fluorescent Yellow 10GFF,Brilliant Red X-5GN and Blue X-GRRL were used in combination dyeing of acrylic yarn with the optimal dyeing process.Meanwhile,one-bath process of whitening with fluorescent whitening agents and dyeing with cationic dyes was carried out on acrylic yarn.The experimental results show that more complete chromatogram of fluorescent acrylic yarn can be obtained with suitable proportion of mixed dyestuff in combination dyeing.TF-920,a fluorescent whitening agent,can further raise the fluorescence effect of acrylic yarn during one-bath process of whitening and dyeing.

      For investigating the dyeing mechanism of the natural dye—Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi on silk fiber and improving the dye up-taking control,dyeing result prediction and dyeing process optimization,the absorption equilibrium experiments of silk fiber were carried out by pre-chelating with aluminium ions,then dyed with Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi′s extract-baicalin,and three theoretic adsorption models,i.e.,Langmuir,Freundlich and Nernst isotherm were used to simulate the experimental data at the temperature of 30、45、60 ℃.Some dyeing thermodynamics parameters of baicalin on silk were studied.The results indicated that the kind of adsorption belonged to Langmuir model proximally,and the adsorption model was validated by the simulation coefficients and normalized deviations.The process was endothermic with the dyeing heat ΔH =2.303 4 kJ/mol,and the dyeing entropy ΔS=6 J/mol.In addition,the dyeing affinity and saturation absorption capacity increased as the temperature increased.

      To make up the disadvantages of traditional softening technique and obtain the super soft effect of the fabric,yarn-dyed cotton fabric was pretreated by cellulose,followed by ultrasonic treatment.Influences of enzyme concentration,temperature,treating time and pH value on the bending property,moisture absorption,crease recovery angle,strength and elongation of the treated fabric were studied.Preliminary analysis was conducted of the reason why softness was improved.The results showed that when yarn-dyed cotton fabric is pretreated by compound finishing of ultrasonic and cellulose,and then given softening treatment,the treated fabric can be rendered excellent soft effect;meanwhile other physical performances are also improved to certain degree.In this way,both processing time and resource are saved.

      Durability of noniron performance of noniron fabric is a long standing problem.The paper investigates the deteriorative process,mechanism and rule of noniron performance of noniron fabric in wash process by measuring and analyzing the wrinkle recovery angle of the fabric.The findings indicate that as to formaldehyde-free BCTA finished noniron cotton fabric,increasing laundering times decreases the noniron performance remarkably;however,after dry-cleaning,the fabric exhibits smaller change in wrinkle recovery angle and retains better noniron performance.

      The evaluation of the shape of clothing is usually carried out by subjective methods,this methods are usually direct and quick,but lack of quantities analysis.To solve this problem,the shape parameters of semi-fitting skirt are defined as skirt width,thickness,hem pleat node number,average hem radium,Std.deviation of average hem radium and hem area.The linear regression model and artificial neural networks model for the prediction of semi-fitting skirt shape are built up separately through fabric properties.By analyzing the relative coefficient between the measurement value and predictive value of these modes,it is proved that the precision of network model is better than that of linear regression model.

      The method that can predict the seam puckerone of parameters to affect sewing quality is discussed.Sixteen typical fabrics are selected.FAST testing system is used to get some main mechanical properties of these fabrics,out of them three principal components are integrated by means of principal component analysis(PCA).The seam pucker is evaluated by subjective and objective methods.Grey prediction model of seam pucker is developed on the parameters of principal components,which is valid by test.

      The system of women′s body identification and application is set up based on C/S structure.Via research of 3-D human′s data,the clothing patterns in accordance with human measurements are created and applied to the production of garment enterprises to meet the individual needs of customers.Firstly,the measurements of selected young women in Jiangsu and Zhejiang areas were taken through scanning with 3-D body scanner and human body database has been formed accordingly.Secondly,set up the pattern database based on the styles designed by the garment enterprises.Finally,BP neural network is used to identify and classify the individual characteristic variables,and the individual clothing pattern charts are developed.The whole system has come true through self-produced software in VB.NET language and good results have been obtained with this system by trial use of enterprises.

      介绍闭合式旋流纺的工艺流程及其主要机构,包括梳辊牵伸机构、渐缩式纤维输送机构、闭合式纤维集聚机构和旋流加捻器,并分析旋流纺关键机构——闭合式纤维集聚机构的设计。从理论和实验2个方面探讨此机构纺纱的可行性。试纺了涤/棉包芯纱,并观察成纱结构,分析成纱原理。研究证明,采用闭合式纤维集聚装置的旋流纺纱机能够纺制出纱线,此纱线与圆盘式旋流纺纱线的外观不同。

      Since the winding tension control system is a complicated,tandem driving,time change and non-linear one,using traditional PID control can not settle the problems of dynamic change of the non-linear system and PID parameter adjustment online.The paper gives one control algorithm—the combination method of fuzzy-neural network PID control,which can optimize three parameters of PID in operation according to error and error rate at real time,achieve the PID control with the best combinations,and realize the adaptive and intelligent performance of PID control.The fuzzy-neural network PID control is compared with traditional PID by simulation through MatLab.The results show that the system has better dynamic,static and adaptive performances by using the fuzzy-neural network PID control strategy.

      To solve the problem of translating pattern to control data in embedded computerized flat knitting machine,a novel method of compiling pattern data is introduced.Firstly,the system framework of compilation software is established to describe compile procedure of pattern data and process of needle selection data in detail.Then,two pattern description files(PAT and CNT) are designed,which include all information that needle selection needs,such as various colors of sweaters,parameters of density and roller,and so on.These two files are compiled into row-control data and needle-selection data that ARM controller can execute when flat knitting machine is working,thus realizing the control of knitting. Moreover,in order to ensure the continuity of controlling and enhance the stability of knitting,data buffer is used.This method has proved correct and effective in application.

      Through getting some yarn images of different material texture,withdrawing yarn′s brightness value using RGB color moking and HLS color mode interconversion,and made pix point positions on the yarn coordinates X,Y axis and the extracted brightness coordinate Z axis,yarn surface reflection characteristic was analyzed.From the graph,the difference of the brightness distribution of yarns with different material texture is seen.According to the yarn surface reflection characteristic,yarn surface light reflection distribution was fitted by Shepard interpolation and the lightness function was got,then yarn was simulated with the function.The yarn simulated by it looks natural and can reflect the difference of luster and the gather shape of the fiber among the yarns with different material texture.

      To make the production and management of slubby yarn more convenient,based on the current single control unit,a network monitoring system for slubby yarn production is designed by making use of computer technology and serial linking communication technique in which the slubby yarn production machine is connected with a network RS-422 and a host computer is used to supervise and control the production process.The computer can simultaneously control multiple spinning frames,and the production process parameters can be seen on the screen and modified at real-time according to the actual needs for different varieties.The paper introduces the design concept of the system,adoption of technology,data collection,execution of communication along with the hardware components and software design.

      Taking a known domestic leisure garment enterprise as study case,the author uses the customer value ABC pyramid classification method,the customer value clustering techniques and the matrix model classification method to research the franchisors segmentation based on the evaluation system of franchisor customer value.The research results indicate that,for the leisure garment franchisors,it can make a scientific and reasonable segmentation of the customers by using the clustering techniques and matrix model classification method.Further,the author proposes a customer differential management strategy and formulates a differential management template of the customer relationship management,that can promote the objectivity and reasonability of the franchisor relationship management by garment enterprises.

      This paper puts forward a new quantiative and qualitative judgment method concerning operation state of textile equipment based on extension theory,sets up the matter-element model of equipment operation state evaluation,and researches the extension superiority evaluation method based on associated function.An applied study is conducted taking a carding machine of a cotton mill as example and the results show that this carding machine′s operation state has already departed from good stage,and the current state is situated between good and ordinary.So,the operation state of this carding machine will deteriorate gradually and enter item repair stage as time goes on.Moreover,it is feasible to solve the issue of judging operation state of textile equipment by establishing judgment model based on extenics,and this method can judge not only superiority-inferiority of equipment,but also the degree of various operation states.
