      The polyurethane (PU) membranes modified with silk fibroin(SF),made from SF protein and liquid prepolymer with terminal\|isocyanate groups,were obtained by the process of prepolymer having reaction on the surface of SF membranes and then controlling the moisture of system and the solution conditions.Analized the surface properties of membrane by SEM\,ATR\|FTIR and X\|ray energy spectrometer.The results showed that SF was grafted onto the surface of PU membranes;PU membranes modified with SF have good flexibility as well as their hydrophilicity was improved,and certain water vapor permeability.

      The mechanical properties of spider dragline silk reeled to the different spiders to be anaesthetized were investigated.The dragline silk were reeled in different tension and humidity,and their mechanical properties were measured,which is useful to the artificial spinning of protein fiber.The results showed that the stress and diameter of dragline silk decrease with the anaesthetized time increasing,but the values of other mechanical characteristics don't apparently decrease.It could be concluded that the protein structure in spider's ampullate gland determine the properties of dragline silk when spiders lost their control ability.When the tension is 0\^039 cN,dragline silk has the best mechanical properties.The strain of dragline silk increase a little while the values of other mechanical characteristics decrease when the silk is reeled in wet.

      The flexural properties of cement mortar externally bonded carbon fiber sheets under different moisture and heat environment were studied by means of three-point bending test.The fracture modes of CFRP-cement mortar system were examined.The experimental results show that when the specimens were immersed in 25 ℃ water for 1 to 5 days,their strength did not change with the time.When the specimens were immersed in 60 ℃ water for 1 to 5 days,their strength increased with the time.When the specimens were immersed in 90 ℃ water for 1 to 5 days,their strength increased for 1 to 3 days,but decreased for more than 3 days.The fracture modes of CFRP-cement mortar specimen were accumulation with certain ductility,when they were immersed in 25 ℃ and 60 ℃ water for 1 to 5 days,as well as 1 to 3 days at 90 ℃.But when they were immersed in 90 ℃ water for 5 days,the brittle collapse took place.

      The differences in morphological structure,chemical constitution and micro\|structure of silk fiber in different cocoon layers were studied using a range of analytical techniques,scanning electron microscope(SEM),Fourier transform infra\|red spectroscopy in ATR mode (FTIR\|ATR),differential scanning calorimetry (DSC),amino acid analysis;The degumming loss percentage and the dyeing behavior with reactive dyes of the silk fibers in different cocoon layers were investigated.The results show that there are obvious differences in radial size and degumming loss percentage of silk fibers in different cocoon layers.Amino acid composition of silk fibroin in different cocoon layer is identical in category but different in content.There are some differences in micro\|structure and thermal property of silk fiber among different cocoon layers.

      In order to reduce the pollution of soluble sericin in waste water of silk industry,condensed the waste water which had been processed by acid using the separating technics of hollow fiber membrance,and then dried the concentrated solution of the sericin by drying technics of sentrifugalizing and spraying to obtain pure sericin protein.There is a large number of sericin protein in waste water. After the waste water is processed by the way described above,its COD<sub>Cr</sub> can be reduced to about 80 mg/L and meet the need of draining standard or achieve the level of water used in making silk so that the water can recycle.And by this means sericin protein in waste water can be efficiently recycled and new by\|products of sericin protein were developed.

      The change of the concentration of organic compounds in coagulation bath was measured during hollow fiber spinning process by ultraviolet spectrophotometer;the relationships between the concentration of DMAC/PVP and COD were tested also.The results indicated that the relationship between the concentration of organic compound and COD is linear correlation,and between absorption and COD is also linear correlation in the range of 250~240 nm,the coefficients of correlation are <i>r</i><sup>2</sup>>0.99.So the concentration of organic compound in coagulating bath of hollow fiber membrane for DMAC/PVP system can be tested by ultraviolet spectrophotometer.

      A direct copolymerisation process was used to prepare lactic acid and glycolic acid copolymer (PLGA). Rheological behavior of PLGA melt was tested using cone and plate. It was found that PLGA melt was paeudoplasic fluid,and non Newtonian index value of PLGA melt was bigger than that of PLLA melt, which indicated that the dependence of the PLGA viscosity on shear rate was less; Under the same shear rate, the flow activation energy of PLGA was higher than that of PLLA, which indicated that the viscosity of PLGA was more sensitive to temperature.

      Experiments were carried out to study the molding mechanics and optimal conditions of the forming of chitosan fiber. And it was found out that the sound contents of chitosan, acetic acid and carbamide in the chitosan spinning dope should be 3 5 wt%,2 wt% and 1 wt%,respectively, and the glycerine 0 5 times of chitosan. Compound coagulating bath of bicomponent or tricomponent were found having better molding effect. The suitable spinning conditions were obtained:spinneret draft factor -68%, plasticization drawing factor 22%,water bath drawing 9%,these drawing baths' temperatures were respectively 60 ℃ and 80 ℃,fiber was washed in the water of 55 ℃.

      The water soluble polyester(WSP) was prepared by adding modifying components such as dimethyl terephthalate(TPA), dimethyl isophthalate(IPA),adipic acid(AA),dimethyl isophathalate-5-sulfonic sodium (SIPM),polyethylene glycol(PEG) and ethylene glycol(EG). The existence of SIPE is proved by the FTIR analysis. Tested the melting temperature, viscidity and other properties. And studied the crystallization capacity through DSC and X ray. Discussed the influences of chemical structure, temperature, surface area, surface active agent, electrolyte and pH value on the water solubility of copolyester. Then studied the solubility of WSP in the organic solvents. And also discussed the spinning ability of the water soluble polyester.

      The mechanism of inducing quaternary amino groups on flax initiated by plasma has been studied. FTIR spectrum indicated that quaternary amino groups have been induced onto the flax. The effects of plasma initiatioin factors and chemical reaction conditions on modifying results were resear ched. The results show that the optimum technology conditions are that plasma power is 200 W, irradiation time is 150 s,the concentration of quaternary ammonium salt is 40 g/L,and NaOH is 15 g/L at 60 ℃ for 60 min.

      The morphological structure,blending structure and all grades fibrillar structure of the PVA SPF were studied. The cross section of the PVA SPF appears anomalous noncircular,the longitudinal surface of it is slick with some stripes and grooves. Different from other wet spinning fibers,the PVA SPF is not skin core structure and about 0 2 μm thick cuticular layer,so it is clearly all core structure. The soybean protein is dispersed phase which is distributed stochastic and even,and the polyeinyl alcohol is continuous phase in the whole blending structure. The content of the fiber's cuticular layer is polyeinyl alcohol. There are obvious macrofibril structure which diameter is about 1 μm.

      The thermal property of the soybean protein fibers was analyzed by TG and DSC. The glass transition temperature and decomposition temperature are obtained. The heat resistance,heat shrinkage and limit oxygen index of the soybean protein fibers are discussed and compared with that of the wool.

      The tensile properties of polyurethane filaments, Modal yarns and Modal/polyurethane core spun yarns were tested. The stress strain relationship of the yarns was analyzed using a nonlinear viscoelastic model. And a multinomial relationship between stress and strain was obtained.The stress_strain curves were fitted using least square method. The results show that the theoretical calculations agree well with the measured results very well.

      The relation between sharpness of chemical fiber cutter blade and the radius of the edge has been investigated. The results show that edge radius of the cutter blade is the main factor affecting its sharpness. The cutter blade sharpness decreases and the force to cut fiber increases with the increase of its edge radius. Showing a linear relationship between both.

      Based on the prickle effect of protruding fibers on skin, the wool fiber needle under an axial compression was studied by using Euler's theory of thin rod buckling. The results from the axial compression and flexural tests indicate that the maximum prickle load is correlated with the morphological characteristics of wool fibers. It is significant to improve the wear behaviour of wool fabrics.

      Detecting the composing of the textile image by using machine vision technology.The matching way of textile image was researched.The entropy function is a continuous function and has extreme property.The biggest multi-symbol information entropy was applied into the detection and matching of fabric images,each point in an image was considered as a one-symbol source,the whole image was considered as multi-symbol source.The information entropy of the selected sub-image in the textile image of finished product which has the same size as the standard sub-image was calculated.If the information entropy of the selected sub-image was equal to that of the standard image,the standard sub-image was detected from the textile image,otherwise the standard sub-image was not detected.The experimental results indicate that method is efficient and practicable.

      During computerized embroidery machine tests,in order to get the results of vibration signals of output parts working alone,vibration response of machine's taboret was seen as noise and divided from whole machine vibration signals by using frequency strap separating technology of wavelet\|packet analysis.With correlativity analysis,the correlation coefficient of de\|noised signal and noise decreased 38%.

      The degumming process at high temperature and pressure with environmental_protection effect for the natural yellow silk and coarse denier silk fabrics was searched.The experiments show that the degumming process in distilled water at high temperature for silk fabric is an effective and fast process which is benefit for both sericin recovery and environmental protection,based on effective degumming.The optimum process of natural yellow silk fabric is conducted at 120℃ for 30 min with the material to liquor ratio at 1∶100,the coarse denier silk fabric at 120℃ for 60 min with the material to liquor ratio at 1∶300.

      New spinning finishes TDS-2000 for large capacity PET staple fiber was built from high-carbon alcohol phosphate as mainly antistatic,and ether-type or ester-type non-ionic surfactant and then was gone on several different industrial application research.The finishes were supplied with remarkable properties such as antistatic,membrance strength,gliding property,cohesion property compared with imported finishes on industrial application and performance evaluation.The results show TDS-2000 finishes meet the requirements of PET staple fiber production with good spinning ability and can take the place of the imported ones.

      Experiments on the alkaly deweighting of easy cationic dyeable polyester(ECDP) were introduced.Investigations on the relationship between the deweighting ratio and the concentration of NaOH,the treating temperature and time,as well as the liquor ratio were carried out.Influences of molecule weight of ECDP fiber,yarn strength,the percentage of dye exhaustion to the deweighting ratio were indicated.In the reduction of weight with base process,the deweighting ratio of ECDP fiber was higher than FDY fiber with the same concentration of NaOH,the treating temperature and time,as well as the liquor ratio.As the deweighting ratio increase,the fiber yarn strength has been lost in linear function.ECDP fibers compare to FDY fibers in the same deweighting ratio,yarn strength of it decrease quickly; ECDP fiber hydrolysis rate is quicker than common polyester fiber;The molecule weight of ECDP fiber is decrease quickly.The percentage of dye exhaustion is lower when the deweighting ratio increase.

      Disc swirl spinning was put forward as a new spinning method,which included combing roller drafting device,fibers'funneled transporting device, disc fibers-converging device and swirl twisting device.Disc swirl spinning process and mechanism design were introduced,and the yarn performance was elementarily tested and analyzed.The SEM photo of disc swirl spun yarn was compared with those of air-jet spun yarn and rotor spun yarn.It was found that the appearance of disc swirl yarn is similar with that of rotor yarn while the inner structure of the disc swirl yarn is similar with that of the air-jet yarn and the yarn is wound by true twist.The breaking strength of disc swirl core spun yarn is a little lower than that of the ring core spun yarn,while breaking elongation <i>CV</i>(%) is higher.The rest performances of the two yarn are similar.

According to the demand of rising and falling motion of the ring rail, vector analytic method was adopt to calculate the coordinate value of the cam profile directly in order to increase the precision of the equilibrium cam.

      After the colored cotton woven fabric was treated with pectinases at some condition,the optimum technological parameter of cellulases treatment process was determined through the orthogonal experiment.Based on a comparative analysis of properties of the fabric treated with enzyme,it was found that the wicking performance was obviously enhanced after treatment at the optimum technological condition,and it got to the effect of traditional scouring treatment.And the treatment gets rid of the impurity covered on the surface of the cloth effectively,and increases it's soft performance.

      The basic performances of milk regenerated protein fiber and the characteristics of sirofil spinning processes were introduced. According to practice in spinning process,some experiments on the primary processing parameters of the milk sirofil spinning yarn were carried out,and the influences of spinning factors on blended knitting yarn quality of milk regenerated protein fiber/VFR was analysed by the spinning processing.The results can be used as a reference data for improving the quality of blended milk regenerated protein fibers and developing the new products further.

      The methods for color perception description and evaluation were studied.10 pairs of antonym were used to describe the different aspects of color sense on the basis of investigation.15 color samples were evaluated by professionals.The results showed that the discrepancy between colors perception could be given by these words and this method could be adoptedin color selection and application.The color perception was also studied by the factorial analysis process.The results of factorial analysis showed that the color perception could be divided into two main factors:material factor and perceptive factor.The aspects of color sense described by 10 pairs of antonym belong to the two main factors respectively.

      The characterization and definition of intermolecular and intramolecular hydrogen bonds in PVA (poly(vinyl alcohol))were introduced. The remaining actetate and conformation as well as crystallinity in PVA were considered to affect formation of hydrogen bonds.Hydrogen bonds and crystallinity in the techniuqes of gel spinning of partially saponificated PVA and of direct alcoholysis spinning of poly(vinyl acetate)were analysed.The result shows that controlling the formation of hydrogen bonds is the key in the preparation of high tenacity and high modulus PVA fibers.

      Introduced the principles of making fibers from polymer blends,and analyzed the formation processes of the fiber structure during the production of fiber from blends of polypropylene and liquid crystal polymers(LCP).Results showed that the LCP phase structure was affected by the LCP concentration,viscosity,shear and elongational stress,size and shape of the spinneret,the use of compatible agent,etc.At high concentration and high elongational stress,the LCP phase can form micro fibers within the polypropylene fiber.
